OREGON LAW AND RULE REQUIRED COURSE 2026-2027

Oregon real estate law continues to evolve, with significant legislative changes passed during the 2024 and 2025 sessions that directly affect licensing, supervision, representation agreements, property management, and landlord-tenant practices for the 2026-2027 licene renewal period. This course is designed to help real estate licensees understand these updates, recognize when new requirements apply, and identify their professional responsibilities under Oregon law.
