OREGON EXAM PREP COURSE

Prepare for the Oregon state section of the real estate broker license exam with a focused, Oregon-specific exam prep course designed to help students recognize the rules, avoid common traps, and choose the best answer on test day.

This course is built specifically for the Oregon state portion of the licensing exam. It is not a general national real estate course. Every lesson focuses on Oregon laws, rules, deadlines, disclosures, agency duties, property management requirements, document handling rules, and real estate-related statutes that students are most likely to see on the exam.

The Oregon state exam often uses scenario-based questions. Instead of simply asking for definitions, the exam may describe a broker, buyer, seller, property manager, principal broker, landlord, tenant, or property owner and ask what should happen next. This course teaches students how to slow down, identify the Oregon issue being tested, and apply the correct rule.

Students will review key Oregon exam areas, including license law, disciplinary measures, client funds, trust accounts, agency relationships, broker activities, document handling, recordkeeping, property management, and Oregon-specific real estate statutes.

Each topic explains the main concept, how the exam may test it, common student mistakes, recognition triggers, and practical Oregon exam reminders. The goal is to make the law easier to understand and easier to recognize in a multiple-choice question.

By the end of the course, students should feel more confident identifying Oregon-specific issues such as when a license is required, how earnest money must be handled, what duties agents owe to clients and other parties, how disclosed limited agency works, what records must be kept, how property management agreements are handled, and when Oregon statutes involving water rights, land use, construction liens, discrimination, disclosures, manufactured homes, environmental issues, and ownership forms may appear on the exam.

This course is ideal for students who have completed their pre-license education and want a clear, practical, exam-focused review before taking the Oregon state exam.
